Tianjin Jiaming Steel is a comprehensive supplier of the steel products, with 3 substitute factories located in Daqiuzhuang Town, Tianjin China. The location is with convenient inland transport to Tianjin Sea Port.

1. Nails factory

The factory was engaged in producing nails since 1998, with over high speed 50 nails machines. The monthly production capacity is around 1500 tons. To meet the customers requirements, we can make different packing ways, from 0.5kg small poly bag, or boxes, until 1 tons per gunny bags. We have won high reputation among our customers.

2. Wire factory

The factory has two production lines, and the wire gauge is from 0.5mm to 6.0mm for different using area. The monthly production capacity is also 1500 tons. To guarantee the accuracy of the wire gauge, we draw wire in by our factory itself, with very strict inspection, the tolerance is within +/-0.02mm. The annealing oven is controlled by electric power, which can guarantee the consistence of the wire strength, so when our customers use our wire to make wire meshes, the consistence makes their machines work smooth, increasing the customers production capacity too. Once using our wire, our customers will not choose others.

3. Further wire processing

We also makes the further processing of the black annealed wire, especially the customers from US, Brazil, Australia Israel etc, they require the small and standard coils, like 1.0kg coils, 3lbs coils, 3.5lbs coils, single wire, and twisted wire. So we study simple machines to produce them. Then production capacity is around 20 containers per month, and we′d like develop new products if our customers provide the samples. At the same time, due to the expanding of our business, we has establish very good relationship with many other factories, and explore many new products for our customer demands.

1)Bulk nails: Common nails, roofing nails, clout nails, concrete nail, cut masonry nail etc.

2)Coil nail: Coil roofing, coil pallet nail, paper strip nail.

3)Wire product: EG wire, HDG wire, Black annealed wire, tie wire, and wire meshes, fiber glass screen.
